Bookkeeping in Nampa, ID

Running a small business in Nampa is a lot of work. You shouldn't also have to fight with your books at 11 at night. I'm Kathleen, and keeping books is what I do best.

Your hometown bookkeeper

I live and work right here in Nampa. I'm not a call center or a faraway firm. When you call, you get me. I've kept books for small businesses for more than 25 years, and I'm very good at what I do. I also know that behind every set of numbers is a person who's working hard and sometimes feeling stretched thin. I treat your business, and you, with patience and respect.

Who I help in Canyon County

I work with the kinds of businesses that keep Nampa going: contractors and trades, landscapers, salons, food trucks and restaurants, farm and ag-related businesses, trucking, home-based shops and one-person service businesses. If you're a new LLC trying to set things up the right way or a long-time owner who just wants it handled, there's a place for you here.

What I take care of

• Monthly bookkeeping: bank and card accounts reconciled, every transaction sorted into the right category, and clear monthly reports you can actually read.
• Catch-up bookkeeping: months or even years behind? It happens to good business owners all the time. Bring me the statements and the shoe box, and I'll get it straightened out with no judgment.
• Year-end ready: clean, organized books that go to your tax preparer on time, so tax season isn't a scramble.
• Setup: help choosing and setting up software if you want it, or I can simply keep the books for you.

Why Nampa owners stay with me

I answer my phone. I explain things in plain English. I notice when something looks off and tell you before it becomes a problem. And I care how your business is doing. We're a Marine Corps family owned business, and we bring that same loyalty and follow-through to every client.
