Why I started Leatherneck

I named this business for my late husband, Steve, a CWO5 in the U.S. Marine Corps who served for 30 years. "Leatherneck" is the old Marine nickname, and it stands for the work ethic that goes with it: show up, pay attention to detail, and finish the mission.

Steve taught me to show up, pay attention to the details, and never leave anyone to face a hard thing alone. Leatherneck Bookkeeping is Marine Corps family owned, and carrying his name is my way of keeping that going every day.
